Returns & Exchanges – 2-Day Policy
At Starlet Jewels, we are committed to providing premium-quality jewelry and a seamless shopping experience. We offer returns and exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions.
Store Credit & Exchanges
We do not offer direct returns, but eligible items can be returned for store credit equivalent to the purchase value. You may also exchange a product for another item of equal value.
Eligibility for Store Credit & Exchanges
To qualify, please ensure the following:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and free from scratches or damages.
- All original packaging, invoices, and tags must be intact.
- Requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing starletjewels.info@gmail.com with your order number and product details.
- Customized products are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
If you feel that the product was received in damaged condition, an unboxing video is mandate to process any claims.
Return Process
If the product received is correct and has no defects:
- The customer must ship the product back to our warehouse at their own expense.
- Alternatively, we can arrange a reverse pickup, but additional charges will apply. These will be communicated once you contact us.
Steps to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email starletjewels.info@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Product details
- Reason for return/exchange
- Await a response from our customer care team within 24-48 business hours.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- For self-shipping, share the courier details with us. For reverse pickup, hand over the parcel to our courier partner once confirmed.
Processing & Store Credit
- Once the product is received, it will undergo a quality check.
- If approved, a store credit coupon will be issued within 24-48 hours.
Store Credit Terms
- Valid for 6 Months from the date of issue.
- Must be used for a cart value equal to or greater than the coupon value.
- Cannot be split into smaller amounts.
- Non-transferable and cannot be combined with other coupons.
Cancellation Policy
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders must be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order. Email starletjewels.info@gmail.com with your order number to process the cancellation. Customized products cannot be canceled once the order is processed.
Refund Policy
As a policy, we do not offer refunds for products delivered in perfect condition as per the order.
Damaged or Defective Products
- In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective piece, please email starletjewels.info@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- We will arrange a reverse pickup and ship a replacement once the returned item has been received and verified.
Important Notes
- If you suspect the package is tampered with or damaged during transit, do not accept the parcel from the courier.
- If you feel that the product was received in damaged condition, an unboxing video is mandatory to process any claims. Claims without a video will not be entertained.
- Open delivery of COD orders is not allowed.
